The Climbing Technology Be Up is a versatile and intuitive belay and rappel device engineered for climbers who value safety, efficiency, and lightweight performance. Its compact and ergonomic design makes it ideal for sport, alpine, and traditional climbing, both on single and multi-pitch routes.

The hot-forged aluminum alloy body ensures maximum strength and durability at a remarkably low weight of just 85 g. Thanks to its innovative shape, the Be Up provides exceptionally smooth rope handling—the rope feeds easily without snagging, even during quick clips while leading.

Its modular “V”-shaped braking grooves offer effective friction control, ensuring safe and smooth belaying, catching, and rappelling. When used in Guide mode, Be Up allows you to belay one or two seconds independently, automatically locking the rope in case of a fall.

The integrated release hole allows you to lower a second safely and easily using a carabiner to release tension. Switching between guide mode and lead belay mode is quick and intuitive, ensuring efficiency in multi-pitch and alpine environments.

The plastic-coated steel cable keeps the device correctly oriented on the harness and prevents accidental dropping, adding to both safety and comfort.
