Return and Exchange policy
Defects or imperfections due to the incorrect use or manipulation of goods, as well as the wear and tear produced by the normal use of a product, are not included in this guarantee.
Any decline in the function of a product, due to its design limitation, is also excluded from guarantee.
I provide an after-sales service to help you with any problems you may have with our products and deliveries. Our aim is to provide a fast and efficent service to our customers.
Please send back the product in perfect condition, unused, including all guarantees, labels and instructions of use. Please remember that I (Radek Slanina) pay shipping costs to return an item to our warehouse.

Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and their condition has been checked, Radek Slanina will accept the return and will proceed to process the corresponding exchange or refund, according to the form of payment used to place the order:
a.If you paid for your order by credit card, the refund will be returned to the same credit card account.
b.If you paid for your order by paypal, the amount will be refunded to your paypal account
- If you paid for you order cash on delivery or by bank transfer or if you paid cash in our store you will be asked to provide us with a bank account number so that we can process the refund.
